Renewals for MDaemon PRO Expired Licenses . Upgrade Protection is available for all products and ensures access to the most current major or minor software updates free of charge for the duration of the Upgrade Protection period. Upgrade Protection can be extended in 12-month increments to a maximum of 24-months at any one time. Upgrade Protection does not include Priority Technical Support for all products except SecurityGateway for Exchange/SMTP and its ProtectionPlus Plug-in. For all other products, 6-month or one-year Support Agreements are available.

Important Ordering Notes

• If your license has expired, you must renew or upgrade using one of the "expired lincense" options. Your order will not be fulfilled by Alt-N unless this is done.



• You must put your current license number in the customer notes on the checkout screen. we cannot process your order without this. This must be done for current & expired licenses.


• Leave Quantity Set to 1 and use "License Options" to select License quantity/type. on the checkout screen.
