Maintenance Contracts: This product is a bare firewall without any support (not recommended). Although Cyberoam no longer mandates that all units have either a basic or premium support, we strongly recommend it. If you do not have a valid contract, then support and warranty from Cyberoam is only 30 days. Free SSL VPN clients are only available to customers with active support contracts.
